This is a practice Outlook Calendar. It works like the real thing but is just for learning.
To create a meeting invitation:
1. Click the blue "New Event" button, OR click on any date
2. Fill in who you want to invite, what the meeting is about, when and where
3. Click "Send" to send the invitation
4. Your meeting shows up on the calendar
To see your manager Karen's calendar:
1. Click "People" on the left side
2. You can see Karen's meetings for the week
3. After you send your invitation, it shows up in her calendar too
To look at a meeting:
Click on any coloured bar to see the details
Buttons at the top right:
Larger Text — makes text bigger
High Contrast — stronger colours, easier to see
Reset — clears your events so you can start again
